When you request a valuation we collect the information you submit: your name, phone number, email address, property address, property condition, selling timeline, and price expectations. We also collect standard technical data (IP address, browser type) when you visit.
We use your information to prepare your home valuation, contact you about selling your property (by phone, text, and email — including automated and AI-assisted calls, as you consented to on the form), and operate and improve this service.
With your consent given at submission, we may share your information with partner real-estate agents so they can contact you about your property. We may also share data with service providers who operate our infrastructure (hosting, databases, telephony, email delivery). We do not sell your information to data brokers or use it for unrelated advertising.
Calls with our team or our AI assistant may be recorded and transcribed for quality and record-keeping. Our AI assistant identifies itself at the start of a call.
You can opt out of further contact at any time — say so on any call, reply STOP to any text, or email us. We honor do-not-call requests immediately and keep records of them.
We keep your information while it’s relevant to your inquiry and as required for legal record-keeping. Data is stored with access controls and encryption in transit.
